Thus, it cannot be reproduced without the authorization of the Director of Communications of the Institut du Cerveau – ICM. Any use of the name or logo of the Institut du Cerveau – ICM without authorisation constitutes forgery, and is punishable by up to three years of imprisonment and a fine of 300000 euros.
