The C-BRAINS international PhD program invites applications for 13 PhD contracts, including 5 provided by Paris Brain Institute.
On February 16, 2022, the Conseil régional d’Île-de-France voted to create 9 new Domaines d’Innovation et de recherche Majeurs (DIM). The C-BRAINS project, a DIM dedicated to Neuroscience and Cognitive Science in the Paris Region, launched in partnership with Paris Brain Institute, the FNP (Fondation des Neurosciences de Paris) and the CEA, has been selected for funding over the period 2022-2026.
One of the main aims of C-BRAINS is to help train a new generation of researchers in neuroscience and cognitive science, while enhancing the attractiveness and visibility of research in the Paris Region at the highest international level.
Apply before January 29, 2024
Against this backdrop, C-BRAINS is renewing its international doctoral program, aimed at students currently studying for a master’s degree outside France, with a view to completing a doctorate within the DIM’s scientific and regional scope. A total of 13 doctoral contracts will be distributed in 2024, including 5 made available by Paris Brain Institute.
This competitive program will offer an attractive remuneration package over 3 years, a bonus and assistance in setting up in the Ile-de-France region, an equipment/training/missions budget, an expanded training offer, as well as a specific and competitive call for tenders to finance a 4th year thesis.
