Chaque année, le BGC Charity Day est organisé en mémoire des 658 collaborateurs du groupe disparus dans l’attaque du World Trade Center en 2001. Cette journée caritative permet de commémorer ces disparus en levant des fonds pour des associations.
L’Institut du Cerveau – ICM sera une nouvelle fois l’une des Fondations sélectionnées au BGC Charity Day ce lundi 11 septembre, qui bénéficiera de la générosité publique et qui permettra de collecter des fonds au profit des recherches menées à l’Institut.
Le BGC Charity Day a lieu à Paris dans les bureaux d’Aurel BGC, filiale française de BGC Partners, leader mondial dans le courtage interbancaire et l’intermédiation financière.
Durant cette journée, plusieurs personnalités célèbres et des représentants d’associations seront réunis avec les brokers (courtiers) dans la salle des marchés d’Aurel BGC. Les célébrités deviendront « broker d’un jour », et répondront aux clients. Les donations du Charity Day seront ensuite reversées aux différentes associations représentées.
