  • what: Short internship aimed at introducing and promoting research to medical students. The students are invited to spend a few days in an Institut du Cerveau – ICM laboratory and are presented several techniques.

Summer school Brain to Market

  • who: dedicated to Master students, researchers, clinicians, engineers and executives
  • what: Translational Neuroscience and entrepreneurship training in collaboration with Collège des Ingénieurs. Boot camp format with a project developed in groups and submitted to a jury of experts
  • where: Institut du Cerveau – ICM
  • when: 1st week of September; 2018 will be the 4th edition
  • international range: international students are very welcome
    future perspectives: push the winning project to be realized in an appropriate surrounding

 

International “Post-doc/clinical fellowship”

  • who: dedicated to international post-docs, PhD or medical doctor
  • what: 2-year Interdisciplinary project in neuroscience. The applicants must show excellent record of Ph.D. research and/or clinical training. The proposed scientific project must be of excellent quality ideally including an interdisciplinary approach with added value to the host team. The project must also display the potential to obtain competitive national, European or International grants to pursue the project beyond the first year.

  • international range: international fellows are very welcome

 

Self confidence training:

  • who: dedicated to women PhD and Post-doctoral scientists from Institut du Cerveau – ICM for the 1st edition.
  • what: Three-day Self-Confidence Training for Women Scientists that consists in a workshop to develop leadership skills and master effective communication tools.
  • where: Institut du Cerveau – ICM
  • when: 1st edition will be done from February, 13th to 15th 2018
    Ex: 15 participants
  • future perspectives: Possibly broader to all women scientists of Institut du Cerveau – ICM
